(وإن كَسَبَ مِثْلَي قيمتِه صار له) من كسبه (شيئان، وعَتَق منه شيء، وللورثة شيئان، فيعتق منه ثلاثةُ أخماسه، وله ثلاثة أخماس من كسبه، والباقي) منه ومن كسبه (للورثة) وإن كسب ثلاثة أمثال قيمته، فقد عَتَق منه شيءٌ، وله ثلاثة أشياء من كسبه، وللورثة شيئان، فيعتق منه ثلثاه، وله ثلثا كسبه، وللورثة الباقي.
