(ولو اشترى) مريض (مَن) أي: قريبه الذي إن مات (يَعتق على وارثه) كمريض يرثه ابن عَمٍّ له، فوجد أخا ابنِ عمه يُباع، فاشتراه (صح) الشراء (وعَتَق على وارثه) أخيه عند موت المشتري.
