(عن وارثه دينًا) فكوصية (أو أوصى بقضائه) أي: قضاء دَيْن عن وارثه (أو أسقطت المرأة صَدَاقها عن زَوْجها) فكوصية (أو عفا عن جناية مُوْجَبُها المال) في مرضه المخوف (فكالوصية) يتوقف على إجازة باقي الورثة؛ لأنه تبرع في المرض، فهو كالعطية فيه.
