(ولا تصح إجازتُهم) أي: الورثة حيث اعتُبرت، إلا بعد الموت (و) لا يصح (ردُّهم) حيث ساغ (إلا بعد موتِ الموصِي) لأنه حق لهم حينئذ، فيصح منهم الإجازة والرد كسائر الحقوق.
