(وإذا لم يقبل) الموصَى له الوصيةَ (بعد موته) أي: الموصي (ولا رَدّ) الوصية (حكم عليه بالرَّدِّ, وبطل حَقّه من الوصية) لأنها إنما تنتقل إلى ملكه بالقَبول، ولم يوجد.
