(فإذا قال) الموصي: (قد رجعتُ في وصيتي، أو: أبطلتُها، أو: غَيَّرتُها) أو: فسختُها، بَطَلَتْ؛ لأنه صريح في الرجوع. (أو قال) الموصي (في الموصَى به: هو لورثتي، أو) هو (في ميراثي، فهو رجوع) عن الوصية؛ لأن ذلك ينافي كونه وصية.
