(وإن وصَّى لزيد) بمعيَّن (ثم قال) الوصي : (إن قدم عَمرو، فهو) أي: ما وصَّى به لزيد (له) أي: لعمرو (فقَدِم) عمرو (في حياة الموصي، فهو له، عاد) عمرو (إلى الغيبة، أو لم يعد) لوجود الشرط.
