(والمُخرِج لذلك) أي: الواجبات والتبرُّعات (وصيُّه) إن كان (ثم وارثه) إن كان أهلًا (ثم الحاكم) إن لم يكن وارث، أو كان صغيرًا، ولا وصي له، أو أبى الوارث إخراجه.
