(وإن كان) حملها (خُنثى، ففي "الكافي": له ما للأنثى) أي: إن كان أقل عما جعل للذَّكَر؛ لأنه المتيقن (حتى يتبين أمره) وتتبين ذكوريته فيأخذ الزائد.
