(وإن وصَّى بشراء عَيْن) كعبد وثوب (وأطلق، أو) وصَّى (ببيع عَبْدهِ، وأطلق) فلم يقل: لزيد ونحوه، ولا بشرط عتق (فالوصية باطلة) لخلوها عن قُربة.
