(و) إن وصَّى (لأقرب قرابته، أو) وصَّى بشيء لـ ( أقرب الناس إليه، أو) وصَّى بشيء لـ ( أقربهم به رَحِمًا، لا يدفع إلى الأبعد مع وجود الأقرب، فأبٌ وابنٌ سواء) لأن كلَّ واحدٍ منهما يُدْلي بنفسه من غير واسطة
