(فلو ملك) الموصي شيئًا من العبيد (قَبْله) أي: الموت (ولو واحدًا، أو كان له) عبد (واحد، صحت) الوصية وتعيَّن كونه للموصَى له؛ لأنه لم يكن للوصية محل غيره.
