(وللورثة عتقها) لأنها مملوكة لهم (لا عن كفَّارة) لعجزها عن الاستقلال بنفعها فهي كالزمنة (ومنفعتها باقية للموصى له، ولا يرجع على المعتق بشيء) لأنه لم يفوّت عليه شيئًا.
