(فإن وهب صاحب المنفعة) وهو الموصَى له بها (منافعه للعبد، أو أسقطها) عنه (فللورثة الانتفاع به؛ لأن ما يوهب للعبد يكون لسيده) فعلى هذا إن كان ذلك بعد العتق، فليس لهم الانتفاع به.
