(وكذلك الحكم في المدبَّر) أي: يعتق في الحال ثلثه، وكلما اقتُضي من الدَّين شيءٌ، أو حضر من الغائب؛ عَتَق منه بقَدْر ثلثه، حتى يعتق جميعه، إن خرج من الثلث.
