(فإذا أوصى بمِثْل نصيب ابنه، أو بنصيب ابنه) بإسقاط لفظة "مثل" (وله ابنان) وارثان (فله) أي: الموصى له (الثلث) لأن ذلك مثل ما يحصُل لابنه؛ لأن الثلث إذا خرج بقي ثلثا المال، لكل ابن ثلث.
