(فإن كان معهم) أي: البنين الثلاثة (بنت، فله تُسُعان) لأن المسألة من سبعة، لكل ابن سهمان وللبنت سهم، ويُزاد عليها مثل نصيب ابن فتصير تسعة، والاثنان منها تُسُعان.
