(وينعقد الإيصاء بقول الموصي: فوضتُ) إليك كذا (أو وصَّيتُ إليك) بكذا (أو) وصَّيتُ (إلى زيد بكذا، أو أنت) وَصِيِّي (أو هو) أي: زيد وَصِيِّي في كذا (أو جعلته) أي: زيدًا وَصِيِّي (أو جعلتك وَصِيِّي) على كذا.
