كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولو حدث) لأحدهما (عَجْزٌ لضعف، أو كثرة عملٍ ونحوه، ولم يكن لكل واحد منهما التصرف منفردًا؛ ضُم أمين) أي: ضم الحاكم أمينًا، لمن عجز، يعاونه. والوصي هو الأول كما تقدم .
