كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فهو يستوفيه (١) لنفسه) أي: للموصي نفسه (لا للمُوصَى إليه) وإنما صحَّت الوصية بما تقدم (لأنه) أي: الموصي (يملك ذلك) أي: ما ذكر من قضاء الدَّين وتفريق الوصية إلى آخرها (فَمَلَكه وصيُّه) لقيامه مقامه.
