(والورَّاث ثلاثة: ذو فرض) أي: نصيب مقدَّر شرعًا لا يزيد إلا بالردِّ، ولا ينقص إلا بالعول. (وعصبات) يرثون بلا تقدير. (و) ذو (رَحِم) يرثون عند عدم العصبات، وأصحاب الفروض غير الزوجين، على ما يأتي بيانه.
