(ولا يعول من مسائل الجد مع الإخوة غيرُها، ولا يُفرض لأختٍ معه) أي الجد (ابتداء إلا فيها) أي: الأكدرية، وخرج بقوله:"ابتداء" مسائل المُعادّة، فإنه يفرض لها فيها بعد المقاسمة، وتأتي.

ثم أخذ في بيان محتَرَز أركانها،
