(فإذا خلَّفت) المرأة (زوجًا، وبنت بنت، وبنت أخت) لأبوين أو لأب، أو بنت أخ كذلك (فللزوج النصف والباقي بينهما نصفين) كما لو انفردتا (وتصح من أربعة) للزوج اثنان، ولكل منهما واحد.
