(ومثله من أدَّب ولده) أو زوجته، أو صبيَّه في التعليم، ولم يسرف، فإنه لا يضمنه بشيء مما تقدم، فلا يكون ذلك مانعًا من إرثه (ولعله) أي: قول الموفق والشارح (أصوب) لموافقته للقواعد.
