(استكمل بِرَدٍّ أزيَدَ من قَدْر حريته من نفسه، مُنع من الزيادة) على قدر حريته من نفسه (ورد على غيره إن أمكن) بأن كان هناك من لم يصبه بقَدْر حريته من المال (وإلا) بأن لم يمكن ذلك (فلبيت المال) كما لو لم يكن ثَمَّ مبعض.
