(و) الحاصل أنهم (إن زادوا) أي: الإخوة (عن اثنين، فله) أي: الجد (ثلثُ مالِه) أي: العتيق (لأنه) أي: الثلث (أحظّ) للجد من المقاسمة إن لم يكن للعتيق ذو فرض
