. فصل في جَرِّ الولاء (من ثبت له ولاء رقيق بمباشرة عتق أو سبب) بأن عتق عليه برحم، أو كتابة أو تدبير، أو وصية ونحوها (لم يزل) ولاؤه (عنه بحال) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "الولاءُ لِمن أعتقَ".
