(فإن) مات السيد وورثه اثنان فأكثر، و (أبرأه) أي: المُكاتَب (بعض ورثته) أي: السيد (من حقه منها) أي: الكتابة بمعنى دينها (وكان) المبرئ (موسرًا) بقيمة باقيه (عتق عليه كله) بالسراية؛ لما تقدم في من أعتق شركا له في رقيق.
