(وإن ادّعى) السيد (أنه) أي: المُكاتَب (غَصَبه من فلان) أو سَرَقه منه ونحوه (لزمه) أي: السيد (دفعه إليه) أي: إلى المقر له به، إن صدقه، مؤاخذة له بإقراره.
