(ولا يملك السيد إجبار مُكاتَبته) على التزويج؛ لأن منافعها ملك لها، لا له (ولا) يملك السيد إجبار (ابنتها) أي: ابنة مكاتبته على التزويج (ولا) يملك -أيضًا- إجبار (أمتها على التزويج) لأنه ليس مالكًا لمنافعهنَّ، كما لا يؤجرهن.
