كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن لم يعلم مشتريه) أي: المُكاتَب (أنه مُكاتَب، فله الرَّدُّ أو الأرش) لأن الكتابة نقص؛ لأنه لا يقدر على التصرف في منافعه وكسبه، وقد انعقد سبب الحرية فيه، أشبه الأمَة المزوَّجة.
