(والحدث ليس نجاسة، بل معنى يقوم بالبدن تمتنع معه الصلاة) ؛ لأن الطهارة شرط لها مع القدرة (و) يمنع معه (الطواف) بالبيت لأنه صلاة، ويمنع معه أيضًا مس المصحف، ويمنع أيضًا قراءة آية فأكثر إن كان أكبر.
