(فإن فعل) أي: خطب على خطبته بعد إجابته مع علمه، وعقد عليها (صح العقد، كالخطبة) أي: كما لو خطبها (في العدة) لأن المُحرَّم لا يقارن العقد، فلم يؤثر فيه
