(وأشدّ منه) أي: من تحريم الخطبة على الخطبة (تحريمًا: مَنْ فَرض له ولي الأمر على الصدقات، أو غيرها) كالجوالي (ما يستحقه، فيجيء من يُزاحمه) فيه (أو) من (ينزعه عنه) لأنه أشد إيذاء له من خطبته عليه.
