كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(كجارية ونحوها) كسيف ودرع. ومنه صفية أم المؤمنين رضي الله عنها . (وأبيح له) - صلى الله عليه وسلم - (دخول مكة بلا إحرام) من غير عذر (و) أبيح له (القتال فيها) أي: في مكة (ساعة) من النهار، وكانت من طلوع الشمس إلى العصر، وتقدم موضحًا في الحج .
