(ولو) قال الولي: زوجتك بنتي، و (لم يكن له) أي: الولي (إلا) بنت (واحدة؛ صح) العقد (ولو سَمَّاها) الولي (بغير اسمها) لأن عدم التعيين إنما جاء من التعدُّدِ، ولا تعدُّدَ هنا
