(وكذا إن قال أهل الطب) ولعل المراد: ثقةٌ منهم إن تعذَّر غيره، وإلا فاثنان، على ما يأتي في الشهادات: (إن علتها تزول بتزويجها (٤) ) فلكل ولي تزويجها؛ لأن ذلك من أعظم مصالحها، كالمداواة
