(ولهم) أي: سائر الأولياء (تزويج بنت تسع) سنين (فأكثر، بإذنها، ولها إذْنٌ صحيح مُعتَبرٌ، نصًّا (٤) ) لما روي أحمد بسنده إلى عائشة: "إذا بلغت الجارية تسع سنين فهي امرأة" وروي مرفوعًا عن ابن عمر ، ومعناه: في حكم المرأة؛ ولأنها تصلح بذلك للنكاح، وتحتاج إليه، أشبهت البالغة.
