(وحيث حكمنا بالثيوبة) بأن وُطِئت في القُبُل بآلة رجل (وعادت البكارة، لم يزُل حكم الثيوبة) لأن الحكمة التي اقتضت التفرقة بينها وبين البِكْرِ مباضعة الرجال ومخالطتهم، وهذا موجود مع عَوْد البكارة.
