(وزوال البكارة بإصبع، أو وثبة، أو شدة حيضة، ونحوه) كسقوط من شاهق (لا يغير صفة الإذن) فلها حكم البكر في الإذن؛ لأنها لم تَخبُرِ المقصودَ، ولا وُجِدَ وطؤها في القبل، فأَشبهت من لم تَزُل عذرتها
