(ويُعتبر في الاستئذان تسمية الزوج على وجه تقع معرفتها) أي: المرأة (به) أي: بالزوج، بأن يذكر لها نسبه ومنصبه، ونحوه؛ لتكون على بصيرة في إذنها في تزويجه بها.
