(وإن ادعى زوج إذنها) في التزويج للولي (وأنكرت) الإذن له (صُدِّقت قبل الدخول) لأن الأصل عدمه، و (لا) تُصَدَّق (بعدَه) أي: بعد الدخول؛ لأن تمكينها من نفسها دليل إذنها، فلم تقبل دعواها عدم الإذن بعدُ؛ لمخالفتها الظاهر.
