(فإن اجتمع ابن المعتِقة وأبوها، فالابن أَولى) بتزويج عتيقة أُمِّه؛ لأنه أقرب، والأب إنما قُدِّم في نكاح ابنته لزيادة شفقته (ولا إذن) مُعتبر (لسيدتها) أي: المعتقة، في تزويجها؛ لأنه لا ولاية لها، ولا ملك.
