(وإن كان) الولي ليس مجبِرًا، كأبي ثيِّبٍ تمَّ لها تسع سنين، وأخيها، وعمها، ونحوه، ممن (يحتاج إلى إذنها؛ فوصيُّه كذلك) يحتاج إلى إذنها، كوكيله.
