(ويملكه الأبعد) من الأولياء (مع رضا الأقرب) منهم به (و) مع رضا (الزوجة) دفعًا لما يلحقه من لحوق العار. (فلو زوَّج الأب) بنته (بغير كفؤ، برضاها، فللإخوة الفسخ، نصًّا ) لأن العار في تزويج من ليس بكفؤ عليهم أجمعين
