(و) يحرم الجمع أيضًا (بين خالتين بأن ينكح كلُّ واحدٍ منهما) أي: من رجلين (ابنةَ الآخر، فيولد لكل واحد منهما بنت) فكلٌّ من البنتين خالة الأخرى ؛ لأنها أخت أمها لأبيها.
