(و) يحِلُّ (لكتابي نِكاح مجوسيَّة، و) يحِل للكتابي - أيضًا - (وطؤها) أي: المجوسية (بملك يمين) كالمسلم ينكح الكتابية، ويطؤها بملك اليمين.
