(وكذا لو ملكت زوجةٌ) زوجَها (أو) ملك (وَلَدُها) الحرُّ زوجَها (أو) ملك (مُكاتَبُها زوجَها، أو) ملك أحدهم (بعضه) انفسخ النكاح؛ لما سبق.
