(وإن كان) الإخبار بدخول الوقت (عن اجتهاد، لم يقبله) لأنه يقدر على الصلاة باجتهاد تفسه، وتحصيل مثل ظنه، أشبه حالة اشتباه القبلة، زاد ابن تميم وغيره: (إذا لم يتعذر عليه الاجتهاد، فإن تعذر) عليه الاجتهاد
