(فإن قال) الزوج: (قد عَلِمتْ أني عِنِّينٌ قبل أن أنكحها، فإن أقرَّت) بذلك (أو ثبت) علمها به (ببيّنةٍ، فلا يؤجَّل، وهي امرأته) ولا فسخ لها؛ لدخولها على بصيرة.
